1) What are our working hours and days of operation?

We are open on all days from 11 am to 7.30pm except on Sundays ( fully closed) and Mondays( open from 2pm onwards till 7.30 pm)

2) What is Hallmarking? Are all our gold jewellery of hallmarked quality?

Hallmarking is a procedure for standardizing the purity of gold. A 22ct gold jewellery will contain 91.6 of gold. Hallmarking is done by government certified agencies who are authorized to give the hallmarking stamp. A hallmarking stamp is a small triangular symbol with the initials of the agency code and the retailer code. Yes all our gold products are of hallmarked quality.

3) What kind of products do we specialize in?

We specialize in 22ct and 18ct gold ornaments and 18ct diamond( Branded and non-branded) and semi precious stone studded jewellery. We also have a section dedicated to 14ct diamond collection. We are a registered Platinum dealer (Pt 950). One of our most special features is our ability to manufacture customized products for our customers. Apart from this we also have a section dedicated to fashion and costume jewellery and a section dealing with silver ware and gold plated photo frames.

4) Are there any branded products available?

Brands like Nakshatra ( diamond jewellery), D'damas and Fiona(moissanite jewellery) are available at our retail showroom. We are also an authorized dealer of Platinum(Pt 950). Diviniti photo frames ( 24ct gold plated ) and Aarya 24kt gold foil products(Made in Belgium) are also part of the branded products which are available.

5) What is the mode of payment we accept in our store?

We accept cash, credit cards( Visa, Mastercard, American express), debit cards and cheques as modes of payment. Enter answer here

7) What is this monthly scheme and who can avail it?

Our monthly scheme is a special endeavor to encourage our customers to invest in gold. A customer has to deposit a specific amount of money on a monthly basis for 11 months, at the end of which they can purchase gold , diamond or Platinum jewellery . At the end of 11 months , a customer gets the 12th month installment as a discount . For e.g. if You pay Rs 2000 for 11 months, you save up Rs 22000. To that, a discount of 2000( your initial deposit) is added . So your total savings amount to 11*2000=22000+2000(discount given)=24000 at the end of 12 months. This scheme can be availed by any one who is willing to purchase gold/ diamond/ platinum jewellery from us. Kindly Note gold coins/bars cannot be purchased under this scheme.  

8) Do we require any ID to start a monthly scheme?

Yes, a Valid ID and address proof is required to start a monthly scheme.

9) What is the mode of payment accepted for our monthly schemes?

We accept cash/credit cards (Visa, Master card, Diners), debit cards as well as post dated cheques for our monthly schemes. For Neft/RTGS transfers, kindly contact store.

10) What is the minimum period of time for which this scheme is valid?

This scheme is valid only after the completion of ( 11 + 1  month)12 months, at the end of which, only the discount is given.

11) What if I discontinue this scheme before the period of 11 months?

If due to unfortunate circumstances, the scheme is discontinued , then in that case the individual may buy any product within the amount he/she has deposited with us till date. However no discounts and refunds will be given in that case.
