What are our working hours and days of operation?
We are open on all days from 11.30 am to 8pm except on Sundays (fully closed) and Mondays (open from 2pm onwards till 8 pm).
What is Hallmarking?
Hallmarking is a procedure for standardizing the purity of gold. A 22ct gold jewellery will contain 91.6% of gold. Hallmarking is done by government certified agencies who are authorized to give the hallmarking stamp. A hallmarking stamp is a small triangular symbol with the initials of the agency code and the retailer code.
Are all our gold jewellery of hallmarked quality?
Yes all our gold products are of hallmarked quality.
What kind of products do we specialize in?
We specialize in 22ct and 18ct gold ornaments and 18ct diamond and semi-precious stone studded jewellery. We also have a section dedicated to 14ct diamond collection. We are a registered Platinum dealer (Pt 950) One of our most special features is our ability to manufacture customized products for our customers. Apart from this we also have a section dedicated to fashion and costume jewellery under the brand name of JONAKI and a section dedicated to silver ware and silver jewellery.
What is the mode of payment we accept in our platform?
We accept COD, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards and net banking as modes of payment. We also accept payments through UPI.
What are the delivery charges on rupashreejewellers.com?
Delivery charges vary from product to product, depending on weight and volume. Shipping is free for all items as of now.
Do you deliver outside India?
Currently we do not deliver any product outside India.
Do you give free shipping?
Yes, on promotional basis, we are offering free shipping on all purchases.
What is the estimated delivery time?
20-25 business days excluding holidays.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by rupashreejewellers.com?
There are NO hidden charges when you shop on rupashreejewellers.com. The standard and discounted process are the final price. The delivery cost, if applicable will be mentioned clearly before you make the payments. There will be no additional cost to be paid once the product is delivered to you.
Why there is no delivery in my area?
We deliver to all places where our delivery partners have delivery capability. We are continuously working to expand over coverage area. There may also be legal restrictions to delivering products in your area.
Do you also give Cash on Delivery option?
Yes cash on delivery is available 0n certain products and on certain pin codes. We may not be able to provide the same on some areas as our delivery partner may not have the infrastructure to enable Cash on Delivery process.
