All orders received will be shipped within a maximum of 20 business days, excluding holidays. All orders placed on holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by Rupashree Jewellers will be shipped within 25 business days.
In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual strikes, lockdown, curfew etc.), these shipment-processing times may be delayed. In the event of unforeseen delays outside of our control, the estimated shipping date is subject to change without notice.
Products are shipped post receipt of full payment against the order except in the case of COD upto a limit of INR 20000/-.( available in Kolkata and Howrah only)
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We send all our orders via reputed courier partners.
Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package.
If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the Courier Company will make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case the recipient is still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to our office from where the product has been dispatched).
For any customer request that entails handing over the parcel or delivery to a third person, an email confirmation for the same will be required from the buyer for the authorization of the person in question, along with his/her photo ID.
Coupon codes are valid until deactivated by Rupashree Jewellers RB. Limit one coupon code per person. Valid on the consumer in India only. Discount does not apply to shipping and handling or tax. Offer subject to change or expiration at any time at Rupashree Jewellers RB’s sole discretion.
We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, we cannot ensure the handling and damage caused in transit, if any, by courier companies before reaching you. We urge you, therefore, to NOT accept any damaged or tampered shipments as it will then be the responsibility of the recipient in case any product is missing.
Rupashree Jewellers will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you. For a limited period, we will offer a discount on shipping fee (can be up to 100% of shipping fee). The same shall be displayed on the website at product page or offers or at checkout page.
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to your order after other discounts are taken and before taxes and handling charges are added.

In case of refund due to return of products for any reason the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We have Cash On Delivery (COD) as one of the modes of payment at Rupashree Jewellers RB.
Maximum Cash to be paid on delivery is Rs. 20,000/-, available on limited pin codes only.
Currently we are serving only selected pin codes for COD. Please check if COD is available for your pin code in shopping cart checkout page.
In case of purchase of all Gold coins/Bars the name on the Card used for making payment, Photo ID of the card holder & the buyers name mentioned in order the placed should be the same.

Company may, at its sole discretion, request the user to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the user at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order. Any advance amount paid by the user at the time of placing the order shall not be refunded by to the user in the event of cancellation of the order for any reason whatsoever.
We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization of any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded their pre-set limit.
All of our jewellery is custom made by our goldsmiths, therefore, please allow up to minimum 12 – 14 working days for the jewellery (depending on the type of jewellery) to be dispatched after receiving cleared payments. The delivery date mentioned on the website is a tentative date based on major cities and primary locations
Product Weight Variance
The product weight mentioned on the website for jewellery and amounts may vary upon manufacture of the product. In case, the customer receives a product of lesser product weight than the value paid for, the company will refund such differential amount to the customer. Similarly, in case the product is of a higher weight than the value paid for, an additional cost will be applicable for the same to the buyer. The difference in weight will be disclosed only after the final product is ready.
Cancellation of order
To cancel your order, you need to call the customer care on +919830882821 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but note that the order can be cancelled only before shipping.
No refund is provided against the order cancelled. However the advance provided during the order can be adjusted with a future purchase.
Part payments received against customised jewellery are not refunded. Customised jewellery with engravings or ordered in line with specific instruction cannot be refunded/exchanged. Any advance given against such orders can be adjusted with future purchases.
